how do i get $20 Google Play Credits after purchasing a Samsung Galaxy Tab S3

Sadly - my tablet serial number is coming up as invalid, either because I already got the credit (I may have) or because I got the 128 GB version which does not seem to be mentioned in the terms and conditions...
