I wonder if Samsung will start to do this in more markets. I got my iPhone 6S Plus from Apple (USA store) with 0% financing for 24 months and the ability to trade the phone back for an iPhone 7 at no cost. I enjoy that option although I'm ready to move back to Android (this is my first iPhone ever).

I also wonder if buying through Samsung would mean faster software updates (I have Verizon) but I doubt it.

No it won't. You might get faster updates on carrier free models, but not carrier specific models,regardless of where you bought it.

Or for £24 a month you can do the other Samsung deal yes you are paying interest but can swap for an S8 after 12 months.

Good deal, but I just paid for mine outright all in one go. I'm £569 poorer now... worth it!

I've already preordered through EE, I get friends and family discount so it's only £35 a month and £10 upfront for unlimited texts and minutes and 10gb of 4g data. But my old contract was £19 a month and came with free deezer and EE won't increase the monthly price each year as I got it before they started all of that! So wondering whether to cancel with EE and go with this deal!

Unlimited mins, 10GB data? Is that an S7 or S7 edge? That's a really good deal compared to the non-discounted EE tariffs.

For the edge. Yeah I get 30% off, not as good as I used to, last year it was 40% off, could have got it for £30 a month!
