Samsung wireless charger not fast charging?

I had the same problem with the Samsung wireless charger charging my S9 Plus only to find out that I needed to change the USB C cable and I got it to charge fast. I guess thats all you need to do. I guess some cables are wired differently. Perhaps the cable needs to be a data cable as well as a power cable. Check your cable.
