So I've had this Samsung AT&T Galaxy SII for almost a year, and it's worked JUST fine until about a month ago. I would try to connect it to my work computer(which is a Mac) and my husbands computer(which is also a Mac). But it either won't connect or continues to tell me that the files are damaged or not readable when I transfer some of my files. I tried downloading the Android File Transfer but it wouldn't even read that my phone was connected to the computer.

PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Probabky because apple breaks samsung's apps on purpose to get people to switch to iphones. There has been speculatiin about this for a while now. Possibly why there is no kies program for the mac.

You will either have to find a pc to sync with, or if you have access to a copy of windows, setup boot camp on your husband's mac (if he will let you) and boot into a windows environment. Sync the device and return to osx.

Galaxy S4 or Note 3 for my next. Decisions, decisions.
