Samsung7 edge turn on master sync

I have tried to find it under data but its not there...where has the switch gone?

Welcome to Android Central! Is it in the Quick Settings, when you swipe down the notification panel? If you don't see it, then edit the Quick Settings to see if you can add that toggle.
