Sandisk microSDXC Class 6 - $54.99 Amazon

If you missed the couple other sales, here is an opportunity for you. Here is my question though: Do I really need Class 10? Realistically I'd just put music, pictures, video on the SD card. I believe Class 6 is supposed to be fast enough for video.

Amazon.com: SanDisk Mobile Ultra microSDXC Class 6 Flash Memory (619659070076): Computers & Accessories

Search around AC - I've read where the Class 10 fails to out perform the Class 6. Some members reported videos lagging with the 10's. I can't remember where I saw the post but a member did post some very interesting stats with both cards.

EDIT: Read through this thread: http://forums.androidcentral.com/sa...-microsdxc-49-free-shipping-6-10-12-only.html

Ya, I saw this thread this morning and went ahead and got the class 10. If you're spending $300+ on the phone and accessories, you want to know that you have the best of the best. Who knows if there is any difference for normal S3 operations. But at least you will have the peace of mind.

I have a Lexar 32 GB class 10 it is not faster than a class 6.

Besides, for storage purposes, which everyone will be using this thing for, there really isn't a need to go to a class 10. I'd take reliability over a slight speed advantage.

The model # listed is for a class 10 for both links. One for an older model and one newer. Am I missing something?

The difference between the class 6 and 10 is minimal. The 6 is more stable. I got it from best buy a week ago for $50

I got a 32g lexar I think that was class 10 from Best Buy this week when I picked up my S3 for 29.99. So far it's been ok. I'm still new to Androids but all my transfers and play back have been fine.
