I do not enjoy replacing the glass protectors every month lol, they seem to crack easily. Ive had the zagg shields in the past. I switched to the flexible ones, works great!

I wouldn't, while it's more scratch resistant it's also more likely to shatter and costs far more.

There have been sapphire glass protectors for past phones and they were like $75-$80 each.

The Dome is more than adequate for me. I hear people shatter them and I only had it break once on me the first time I used it and I accidentally slammed my phone against the desk and it cracked the Dome in half. But since then I've never had it broken (except last week during shipping - lol). But that's what a screen protector is supposed to do. It's supposed to sacrifice itself before harm to your screen. It's supposed to break. I don't see much additional benefit with a Sapphire protector for the extra cost.
