Hey guys,
Since this is the right place.
Tell me your thoughts about how to save and increase battery life in m8.
Cheers.

Wow, this one's tough. We all use our phones in different ways and there's no 'magic recipe' to save battery, but there are general guidelines that can help (and most of them are just common sense):
1) Whatever you're not using, you can shut off. Any background apps consume battery, and even the slightest saving can matter sometimes.
2) If you don't need it, turn 'Sync' off. Even with Push technology, apps that sync in the background can take a toll on your battery, especially if you have a ton of those like e-mail, IM apps, etc.
3) Your screen eats most of your battery. Whenever you're using the phone, try to keep the brightness down to as low as you can. Some claim that Auto mode just makes things worse.
4) Radio antennas use battery. If you're not using WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, etc, turn them off.
5) When in doubt, turn Airplane mode on. This basically turns your phone into a smart non-phone (all radios off), but this is where you use the least amount of energy in standby.
6) Any fancy features you don't use, turn them off, especially if they use external input to work like gestures that use the IR sensor, always-on voice commands that keep your phone listening all the time, etc.
