Says fast charging but isn't

[AC Question]

S7 edge says fast charging when plugged in but its still old charging. Changed cables still the same. Sent it to Samsung who told me it was fine!

Fast charging used to work but although says it is its the old way

Any ideas

Welcome to Android Central! Is it plugged into a wall outlet? Have you tried a different fast-charging plug (unless that's what you mean by changing cables)?

How do you mean to say it's not fast charging? How long does it take?
