How do folk rate the various apps for scanning a picture of a document to PDF format?

Are there apps that will aggregate many images (pages) to a single PDF?

Are the paid-for apps better than the free?

Google Drive can do this. You can also try Scan to PDF Free. I haven't tried it, but it seems like a good (free) scanning app.

Edit: I just tried Scan to PDF Free and it lets you create multi-page PDF files.

Pretty near impossible without a rear facing camera.

Please advise how to do this (scan to PDF) with Google Drive in N7.
In PC i get an option "save to PDF" when selecting "Print" in Google drive. but don't know how to do this in N7.

I take back what I said. I don't see the option to scan to PDF in Google Drive for the N7, only for my phone. As others have said, it would be pretty tricky to do so with the front facing camera on the N7.

I watched a Realtor do this with the video camera on her laptop.
Very funny to watch her walk around the house with the laptop facing away from her, talking to the client as she walked room to room . She said she did it all the time.

I take back what I said. I don't see the option to scan to PDF in Google Drive for the N7, only for my phone. As others have said, it would be pretty tricky to do so with the front facing camera on the N7.

After some test I found a way to SCAN your picture or doc to PDF in Google Drive, you have to install and setup "Cloud Printing"( i use the app "Google Cloud Print").
Select "Share" and then "Cloud Print" in your pic or doc, cloud print window will pop up and select "Save to Goolge Drive". After the print job is submitted the pdf doc will
show up in Google Drive, ready to display or download.
