Scanner Radio app not found on Play Store

I was trying to download an app called Scanner Radio by Gordon Edwards from the play.google.com and tried searching it on there and did not come up at all.

However, I did a Google search on the app, and found it from the below link:

From the above link, I did a search from the same page by entering the same exact app name, and does not come up under the search results.

My question is, how come when I directly go to the Google Play Store and do a search for this app by name and also by the developer, it does not come up among the results.

Are there other versions of the Google Play Store that I may not be aware of?

Same happens from my mobile devices as well.

It could be a compatibility issue with your phone, or perhaps region locked. I have that same app and the developer has been quick to respond the few times I've emailed about something. They have a Facebook page, or try this support link listed in the Google Play info.

That kind of app is region locked.
