Schedule text with stock messaging app?

Is there a way to schedule sending text messages using the stock app?

, but I don't have the schedule option when I tap the Menu button.

There are a number of schedule text apps out there. I have tried a few but they seem to be a battery drain. I do use/try them if I need to schedule a text, then I delete the app. I have sprint aswell and have never seen it on my stock g2

Finally dug out the user guide and it makes no reference to this feature. So, looks like it's not available on the Sprint version. That's a shame. I was aware this feature is available on some third party apps, but was hoping to not have to download a third party app.

Hey, just saw your messages. I have an LG G3 that had 5,0 prior to the latest update. I had the feature to schedule messages in the text menu. After the 6.0 update from AT&T, the feature is not in the menu so I can no longer schedule messages. This is very important to me and my family. I'm still searching. If it has been removed, I will be forced to download another text app.
