School/Work profile for Tasker App. Need Help.

I just got the Tasker app and I am trying to make a profile where only on weekdays (Mon - Fri) AND during 8:00 to 3:00 on those days, the phone must be silent, wifi and data turned off.

How do I make a certain day and specify a certain time on that day only?
I can only set up either only a certain time or just a date. ???
