Scrapbook Update to lollipop ...backupvia samsung account lost all my information

I upgraded to the lollipop software 2 days ago. While relinking and backing up my scrapbook to the samsung account i lost about 95 % of my scrapbook data?Why did this happen and how can i retrieve those images? I have also back up to My Back Up Pro app but cannot retrieve the scrapbook data from there as well. Is there a solution to my problem

Are you logging in using your same Samsung account? Trying going in to the Samsung account settings on the phone under accounts and hitting sync now.
