Screeching sound when calling out

Hi, guys.

Quick question. On my P10 when calling someone in my contacts, after a few rings I sometimes get this screeching sound from the earpiece. Any ideas as to why and what could be causing it?

Either the phone is defective or your carrier has a problem. We can't really diagnose it further without having the phone and being where you are.

Thanks, man. It doesn't happen when in a call which is fine and no problems just when I ring out. Strange.
