Screen and android system

Hi Guys

i recently updated to nougat. When i check my battery it always show that the android system and screen are taking up the same percentage of battery. Is this normal? coming from a LG V10, the screen used way more battery than the android system. want to know if this is normal or how to lower the android system percentage.
