screen and mid frame replaced.NO WIFI

I recently purchased a damaged galaxy s5 from T Mobile. I bought an original Samsung screen and Aaftermarket mid frame.the repair went well I did a factory data reset to clear the phone everything is working perfectly except the wifi. when I turn the wifi on the button does not light up bright green and I have no wifi connection whatsoever basically it will not let me turn the wifi on.from what I understand it is the 4. 4. 2 software and it needs updated but without a wifi connection or a PC I cannot update to see if this will help my issue. can someone please help if you need any more information please email me thank you
