Screen aspect ratio?

I came to the S9+ from LG V30 and I am used to a smaller screen ratio since the phone isn't as tall. Reading certain things sometimes for me on the S9 Plus just looks awkward. Is there any way I can mimic a smaller size screen or stretch the screen out more so it looks closer?

you can change the screen resolution in display settings.
