Screen brightness changing

I have an issue with my brightness continually changing back after I change it. Yes I have auto brightness off and it keeps going all the way back up. Anyone else have this issue? I know the screen doesn't use a lot oid power but
when its all the way up it sucks battery.anyone got any tips?

Someone posted that if you swipe the notification bar slightly down, and left / right, the screen brightness changes. Maybe you're doing this by accident?
