Hi, wondering if anyone can help me out.
I have a Redmi 4A, and over the last 6 months have had an issue that is increasing in it's intensity.
When i am typing a message (mobile can be in portrait or landscape), the W or 2 keys auto press, or today i noticed i would be typing (via swiping) and the screen freezes completely then when i try to press on a key to resume typing a capitol W will type in its place. When i try to backspace the W out it auto presses more W's and 2's.
I have also noticed this evening that whilst in settings or other apps, the same spot on my phone auto presses when im not evening touching it. It looks like it's spazzing out, but is also extremely frustrating. Typing a small sentence is almost impossible.
My phone is updated, secure, and i have tried to reboot numerous times, but the Tap to Turn off deselects itself, so i hard reset. It's still doing this. I have cleaned the screen so there is definitely not even a spec of dirt or smudge on it that can be causing this.
Any tips, tricks or advice?
