Screen died Black Screen 4 mph old Note 20 Ultra

Just went black. Did a soft boot nothing. Pressed volume down and power at the same time.. no change. Took to service center I was told it's a known issue with the note 20 ultra and Galaxie 21.
That sucks. Repairs are $400.00. Perfectly good phone and screen.
Samsung knows of this issue but has not acted on repairing or addressing issue. Very dissapoinred

You should be able to get the phone replaced for free since it's still under factory warranty.

Welcome to Android Central! So you're not the original owner? If you bought the phone brand new and it's only 4 months old, they shouldn't be charging you $400 to fix it, since it should be under warranty. But if it's used, or if you got it refurbished, then warranty won't cover it at this point.
