Screen Flicker Purple Bars

did you try a reboot and clear the external cache?

I have screen flicker but its not purple and for me i can mess with the brightness and there's a spot where it fluctuates... You should do what i did and get a replacement immediately..
This phone cost too much to sit there trying to troubleshoot

I added an additional photo of the issue. it quit doing it for about three hours and now was doing it again but not as bad while watching Hulu.

The fact that, in the first photo, it leaves the picture and travels out into the grey bezel tells me that it's a display or display driver issue! Take it or send it back while you can!

Thanks for the advice. I took it back to Best Buy yesterday and got a new replacement phone. I was very impressed with Best Buy, hassle free return.
