Screen gets dim and then bright and then dim and then bright and then dim and then br

when I am reading a book the sceen will get real dim and then real bright and then get real dim, its not shutting off just dimming .... Not sure why, no idea how to fix it.

I am running myn's warm with htc #15 if that info is needed.

I believe the auto brightness is being corrected by the amount of reflected light off of you. I like the use the Power control widget to set brightness.

Yeah its auto brightness but it does save you battery time :/

^^ I would have to kinda disagree on this... because the brightness sensor fluctuates from high to low depending on your surroundings.

If anything it does more "Good" than "Bad". However, setting it to a higher level than the stock setting could result in a little more drainage than usual.
