Screen glitches out

My vz g4 screen has been acting up since I got it, usually about 5 to 10 times a day. The bottom right portion of the screen will change to what looks like a snow screen on an old TV with no signal. It just flashes it for a split second then goes back to normal. It's done it in many apps and on the home screen too. Has this happened to anyone else?

I would return it got another, that's not right.

I'm having weird screen flickering sometimes when in the lockscreen and I pull down to view the time. It'll flicker in the gray screen until I use the power button to shut it off.
