Screen lock.

I'm trying to turn off the screen lock but I can't. I click "None" and at the bottom it says "Turned off by administrator". Help please!

Is your phone part of a BYOD program at work? Sounds like some Enterprise feature has that blocked.

Yep, if you set it up to get your company exchange email, that's probably mandated by the company exchange server policies. The only way to remove it would be to delete the email account.
