Hello,

So I put my phone down on my desk last night and this morning I couldn't see anything through the screen, looked very faint as such the back light might have burned out. I was able to get the phone unlocked and turned the brightness all the way up. It has a whiteish complexion. What could have happened? The phone was never dropped or has had any other damage. I checked both white indicators and they are fine. Any ideas on what could have happened?

Also the phone was bought 6 months ago, would AT&T give me a replacement? I checked on their website and their device support for new devices is 15 to 365 days which I am in.

Thank You.

Edit:

Luckily the AT&T store gave me an exchange without any questions. I still don't know what the problem was but anyone else in this situation should just take it into the store.

I would definitely be waiting outside an AT&T store at 10AM this morning if I were you. ...sick phone in hand. However, just to cover all bases, did you do a battery pull? It doesn't seem like it'd be software related but can't hurt to consider it...and therefore, maybe even a factory reset.

Yeah I did the whole hold every possible button combination, yogi pose with this phone and the battery pull. Again everything seems fine and it does seem like a hardware issue.
I just hope AT&T doesn't give me crap service on a replacement, I googled and apparently they tried to charge some lady $500 on a replacement.
