Screen mirror with galaxy tab s2!

I've been searching for a couple of time and inside app or in play store, that can actually screen mirror between galaxy tab s2 and my galaxy s6 smartphone. I want my phone to have access to my tablet, I want to actually see my tablet desktop from my phone and be able to control it in order to see images, hear music etc and the other way around.
