my phone getting screen off during a call
how can i repair this issue

The most common cause of this issue is a screen protector which is interfering with your phone's proximity sensor. I'm not certain of its location on your Zenphone 2, but typically just left or right of the earpiece/speaker.

first please specify your problem in details. whether it is happening only on calling while you are watching display and found display off
or
it happens when you try to move phone to nearby your head.
if first reason occurs then it's problem of mobile proximity sensor, maybe it's hidden by screen protector. Remove use another screen protector according to your phone.
