screen off memo question

When I use the screen off memo, after about 10 seconds it gets very dim, but still open. Sometimes after 10-15 seconds later it will brighten back up. Any idea how to fix this?

problem solved. App Glimpse Notification was causing the issue. Found in another post in the forums to shut off the custom lock screen time
