Screen off no WiFi

I have tired everything I could find top get my phone to keep WiFi on after the screen is off but no success. I will not get any notifications until I unlock the phone.

Open to suggestions.

Yep, that's enabled.

So after trying everything I could find with no success I found a suggestion last night I have not heard of or tried. I simply turned off Samsung Cloud.

Boom so far so good!

How that was making WiFi turn off blows my mind but so far WiFi has been good to go.

Is this one of those obscure "the leg bone is connected to the ear bone" kinds of thing -- everything is connected?

So now it's broken again. I had an update to Samsung Push service last night which is the only thing I think changed. I'm going to remove the update and see if it helps.

Update: I think that fixed it. Samsung services are breaking WiFi on these phones.
