Ok folks, I know this is going to be a "duh" answer but I have a question.
Setting up my GF's 9. Just like my 8Pro, it's got fingerprint and face recognition. When I open my 8 it sees my face, clears the lock screen, and goes to the home screen. On hers it just unlocks the padlock button and sits there on the lock screen. It doesn't clear the lock screen and go to the home screen.
What setting am I forgetting in order to get the home screen? This is driving me crazy.
