Screen Overlay Detected, what can I do?

OBSERVATION: Using the Blackberry Hub++ on a Note 4, after rebooting from Safe Mode, I have to redo a setup of all my email accounts; all other accounts are fine. Really weird but being in Safe Mode is the only way I am able to get around the screen overlay issue.
