Screen overlay detected

I keep getting this message after allowing permission and this interfere with apps. Worse is not all the apps are listed which means I can't turn off what is annoying me. How do I fix this?

This is has to do with an app that changes the brightness, lux or dimly. Close it and you'll be able to change the apps settings again
