Screen Overlay Setting

I've got a problem with this message coming up on a Note 4 and a Note Edge.

All the places on the net tells me:

"The Screen Overlay settings can be found by going to Settings>Apps, tap the gear icon, then Draw Over Other Apps."

This is not correct for the Note 4.

Any idea where these "overlay settings" are on the Note 4?
