Screen partially unresponsive

Several times I have had the upper left corner of the screen become unresponsive to touch. I have to reboot the phone to resolve the problem. I am guessing that it is a software issue. Has anyone else seen the this?

There are many members having the same issue and it seems related to the Facebook Messenger bubble heads. If you have this app installed try disabling the bubble heads or even the app. Tell us how it goes.

I hade an App called drupe contacts that would cause that issue it would put 4 dots on the screen and you would swipe it to open it since I deleted it have not had the unresponsive screen issue.

I will disable the chat heads and see how it goes. I can probably get rid of the app all together since I hardly use it.

Thanks for the feedback. Are you still using the Messenger app?

Yes still using messenger, I still get notifications, just not that bubble on the screen which I found kind of annoying anyway.

I followed the suggestion to uninstall app and it cleared up the problem. Thank you

I had this issue too. Facebook Messenger was definitely the culprit
