Screen pixelating or fading on from center

[Android Central Question]

Recently my phone has begun acting strange. When I hit home screen or open an app, or charge, or turn on, sometimes my screen will change scene by pixels rising from the bottom like old tv snow. Just momentarily, then normal. Also now when I turn my screen on from sleep, it lights up like an old movie intro, or the reverse of the old loonytunes ending, from the middle out with the surrounds being black. Anyone else? Only new download in months was Costco's app, and this didn't start till over a month later.

If safe mode still happening might have to take it to a repair shop
