Screen Pressure on my phone?

My phone screen creates a grey like smudge or print when pressing on the screen with a bit of pressure, its not distorted like the Nokia Lumia 1520 but its a bit annoying. Its around the middle to the right of the screen. I know its something to do with the LCD touching the glass, and the phone is thin, around 9mm, could that be the problem? Thanks
