When I replaced my little plastic cover with a premium tempered glass protector from Amazon seller AOUCCG Store the fingerprint sensor was not working and then I erased my fingerprints and tried to do new ones and it wouldn't pick them up. Is that an issue for the S21 Ultra and tempered glass protectors. When I look at the glass I see a circle in the glass where the fingerprint sensor would be. I don't know why that's there and could that be stopping the transmission?

My phone is an AT&T S 21 Ultra with 512 gb

Amazon gave me a refund even though I bought it back in August. So, what is a good tempered glass protector to buy that won't interfere with the fingerprint sensor. The first one I had I thought it was tempered glass when I put it on Amazon but it was crappy plastic and it had been on until today when I took it off and put on the one that didn't work. So do any of you have any tempered glass screen protectors for the S21 Ultra that you suggest?

Anyone use a tempered glass protector that allows for fingerprint scanner to work or are you all using nothing? I do have AT&T insurance on the phone should I be using it tempered glass screen protector?

The only tempered glass screen protector I know to work would be whitestone dome glass screen protector. I have the InvisiShield hybrid glass and it's actually pretty good as well. It's not full glass which is probably better since I've dropped it a lot without actually cracking the screen protector and my phone is still in great shape.

I have had the whitestone dome on mine since this past summer and haven't had any issues. As long as my fingers aren't dried out the sensor works every time for me.

My FPS has always sucked but I found that if I rub my thumb on my pants they work much better. This is where apples face ID is the best!
