Screen problem

Has Anyone had a problem with their screen live the picture I submitted? Whenever I touch my screen, little numbers start moving@the top of my phone like it's moving coordinates. Plus, I get these weird blue lines come across my screen when I touch it as well

Have you done a reboot? If so and the issue is still there I would recommend taking it back for a new one.

Somehow Input Location has been turned on.
Go Into Settings>Devloper options>Upper right corner, Slide to Off.
Or if you are using some other options in there, Uncheck "Show Pointer Location".

I ended up calling tmo and they sent me another device. If course I lost my pics cause I can't save them on my sd card
I thought they were uploaded to drop box but wasn't. Oh well. Thanks for your input, if that happens again, I know what to look for.
