I was doing the fix to have chrome beta work on the touchpad. I accidently changed the ro.build.id instead of the ro.build.display to the IML74K. I had done a backup before doing these changes but when i restored i saw that field was not changed. Does anyone know what is suppose to go in that field. Thanks in advance. Just to let you know the once I changed the ro.build.id chrome beta did work, just my screen seems of, somehow.

I have "IML74K" in both 'ro.build.display.id' and also in 'ro.build.id'
The latter was formerly "GWK74".
Seems to function well + Chrome now.

I tried restoring the touchpad again, and it does restore to the earlier state. I thought I had accidently changed the wrong field, but it was just supposte to be the same. Thanks for the info. So does anyone know why when on the black hole live wallpaper, and you change the orientation from landscape to portrait or vise versa, there is a black bar on 1/4 of the screen?

Cool.. glad it worked out! :)

I have 'Black Hole' too and noticed the same thing.. though I stay in landscape 99% of the time.. I put it down to the screen/resolution/formatting of the wallpaper.. and the Alpha-ness of CM9 itself still!

(Or maybe there really IS a 'Black {rectangular} Hole' in there?) ?? ??

:)
