Screen size and pockets

I have one of the original Droid incredibles with a 3.7 inch screen.
Looking at all of the new phones with over 4 inch screens, how do you all carry them around? Always in your hand? Pocket?
My dinc fits nicely in my pocket, but I am guessing that something with a 4.3 inch screen would be a tight fit in pockets?

Your thoughts?

4.3" devices fit nicely in the pocket. My Sensation fits fine in my pocket (and I wear skinny jeans a lot), and the Sensation is relatively speaking not even that thin. Any 4.3" device that is thinner than the Sensation must fit really well in pockets. It's 4.5"+ where IMO phones are just too big.

I always carry phones in my front pocket. I've easily pocketed phones up to 4.8". Now I don't wear anything "skinny" or fitted. But with typical fitting straight-legged khakis or jeans, new bigger phones fit fine. I suspect I could even squeeze the Note into my pockets, but I've never tried.

I can pocket my One X with the Seidio Active case on it. But it does bulge and you can tell I have a phone in my pocket.
