When the phone it's new, the phone screen is very smooth and slippery, which I LOVE It . I wonder will it stop being smooth and different than when it was first open ?

Hello there!
Like everything in this life, nothing is forever. So yes, it'll stop been smooth one day.
Oil from the fingers, dust and other stuff will get in the way of the smoothness.
If you keep it clean, it'll last longer.

But if I put screen protector , will it helps? Cuz last time I have a screen protector on my previous phone and when I remove it , it is still smooth.

I guess what you are seeing/feeling is the oleophobic coating wear over time. There pretty much isn't anything you can do about it except keep a protector on it at all times to protect it... but then you really don't get a chance to get that direct feeling of that glass then eh? I heard of liquid coating but I don't think it restores it permanently. Just enjoy it as is until you can't anymore. :p

Put on new glass screen protector. $10.00, or less, will make screen as slick as snot on a door knob.
??????

to be honest ,I not gonna put any screen protector on this new and nice phone. Cuz, if I put underwater, it won't work . Second,I will it's useless for now maybe cuz my case alrd cover the screen and other spot that I will usually drop the phone . I would like to have a screen protector but when I rethink , I feel my note 9 is great without it ,since it has a curve screen and even though there are protectors that will cover it , I feel it will have some difference that I will not like it .

Idk I will feel without the slippery smooth screen surface next time , but I guess I won't able to realise it since the process is slow . But I want minimal protection as I can but still keeping the phone intact with also the appearance of it . I like the design and feel of the phone , if I cover the phone with protection , that would mean I can't feel the true touch of the phone . For now ,I only have a transparent case and thick bumper edge ( also known as air pockets) . If I have the money ,I would buy the most expensive screen protector . I know there are some and I have done some research about it . But , my inner senses still tell me to enjoy this phone with less protection and even possibly without a case and hold the phone naked.

If you've seen review videos in past, if you put it underwater, it still won't (or shouldn't that well) work without protector using fingers... but the S-Pen will.

Besides, even though it's got it's resistance rating, people pretty much still agree you shouldn't depend on that rating to use it extensively underwater. And also the rating has catches like... rated under "pure water." Salt water and other types of liquids could end up corroding your phone.

But you are right, nothing feels better than going bare.

Just something to think about.

Ya I have some info about the IP rating , 1.5 meter for 30 minute for freshwater . I know it's bad if used at salt water bcuz its corrosive. I will not put it underwater very often , just sometimes it gets wet . So far I only bring the phone into the swimming pool once to test its function but that is just literally it. Btw , will the charging port corrode?

Don't really have experience with corroded ports so can't tell ya. I read of instances of the gold in lightning ports can get corroded from exposure to moisture so I guess it's possible. I guess if a little dunk in the pool is going to be the norm, just rinse your phone under the sink when done.

I've had issues when I first got my Note 8 with Fast Charging stopping and getting the slow charge message. I will use compress air occasionally to make sure no debris and didnt help. I end up cleaning the contact by actually rubbing the contacts with an alcohol type lens wipe gently pushed in with a plastic hair pin a couple of times and haven't had the issue since. So not corrosion but I guess somehow some type of film build up somehow.

Yes, when you plug in your charger, it will bring a pop up message saying, "Slow Charging, make sure you are using proper charger.. "

No, fingernails not hard enough to scratch the screen.
