Screen stopped auto rotate

Just noticed that my note 10+ will not auto rotate on anything, no app or internet will rotate from portrait to landscape. YouTube is only one if I use the full screen mode after turning it to landscape.

Is this an issue with the latest update that came out from Verizon about 4 days ago?

You didn't happen to toggle off the auto rotate in the quick settings did you?

Sometimes a quick restart of the phone fixes things like this .

Toggling off auto rotate doesnt lock the screen when using full screen apps.for example playing games or youtube.
