Kernel, has to do with the refresh rate.If htc would ever be nice enough to grace us with a source for how they fixed fps then is wouldn't be happening.

Thanks.

i got another question.

was there any disadvantage to using unrevoked 3.2.1 vs the downgrade and simple root way?

in bootloader i noticed it says EVO SHIP S-ON compared to EVO ENG S-OFF?

Not that i know of root is root.lol the only difference i see is that s-off.I think it's very easy to s-off.If nothing else try the downgrade another time with a clear mind.I think on unrevoked site they have the way to s-off somewhere.

lol ok, thats what i figured, just wanted to make sure...

im so happy to be back rooted.

im having a problem.

i am unable to delete htc apps and sprint apps.

i can delete them via root manager, but after the phone restarts they return...

this is what the s-off is all about, thats why i cannot delete these apps, until it is set to s-off...

And, its not good to restore from a nandroid from my old phone correct?

I think i just went through this with someone else and come to find out they had to go the process of downgrading and root that way to get it all worked out. If you uninstall and then reboot and it's still there i would take the time to either downgrade and root or do the whole unrevoked again and make sure you end up with s-off.

You can if you want to,couple things.Make sure it's the same recovery and them make sure you switch around the numbers of the folder inside the nadroid folder. If you look inside the old one then inside on of the new nadroid you'll see what im talking about. ;)
