All this banter about battery time is going a bit far. Everyone complaining it only gives 5hrs o 2 hours or 20hrs. Do you spend all time every moment with your phone on and using it.
I don't. There are times when I use it for awhile but for most part I just check a few things. Remember it's still a phone.

Yeah it's weird when I have asked people what phone they have come from, when they are complaining, I rarely get an answer.

From what I'm hearing some people do have legitimate problems out of the box and I don't want to discount those.

Having said that I'm running overclocked @2.05. Yesterday I was running some backups to the cloud etc. over a two and a half hour period. Probably around 2Gb's of cloud syncing over lte. I used about 40% battery in doing so. I find this very acceptable battery drain. Honestly the longest I've gone without being on a charger was 6-7 hours and I dropped into the 20% range. This usage however was multitasking with the screen on almost the entire time.

If I'm not using my phone it's barely dropping a couple of percentage points an hour....

I agree with real problems with battery could be a phone defect. These companies make so many.

To add... Sometimes I don't even use my phone for a day or so. I don't use it like some but we are all different.
