Screen timeout

[Android Central Question]

I have a Samsung Galaxy A52. In settings the screen timeout is set to 5 minutes. But when playing a game (Clash of Clans or Township), the screen locks after 15 seconds and I have to drag the blue icon to unlock. I can't figure out how to disable this lock feature. Again - my settings are set to time out after 5 minutes, not 15 seconds.

Do you have battery save mode on or using game launcher?

Welcome to Android Central! These games were installed from the Play Store, right? They're not online browser-based games you're playing in Chrome or some other browser?
