screen went dead then turned fuzzy green

I can still hear all of sounds like incoming calls and notifications but my screen is blank but will then turn a bright fuzzy green color. help

How old is the device? Have you stayed stock, as in you haven't rooted or anything?

I got the S4 in June and im pretty sure it stayed stock, I have no idea what rooting is.

Then you are stock. I would contact Samsung.
