Hi guys,

Any idea what this pop up that keeps coming up when I touch the left bottom of my screen? And how to get rid of it? If I can just get a name for what it is I'm sure google will tell me how to get rid of it.

Thanks

No idea what app is that, but it's definitely an app. If you touch what looks like a Settings button, does it take you to an app menu, perhaps?

You can check your App Manager for any running apps that might say something like shortcuts or pop-up something.

Welcome to the forums. That looks like the 'swipe' menu included in apps like ES File Explorer, Clean Master, Z Camera, Photo Editor and a few more. Do you have any of these apps installed?

Setting's looking button just shows me "recent apps" which has ES file explorer in it. Checking my app manager had no out to of place running apps

I do have ES file explorer installed, none of the others. I do use ES file explorer. And thanks for replies

First you could try disabling the ES Swipe feature in the ES File Explorer settings.

I used ES for a long time, but decided to uninstall it when they started to add some weird features and finally sold the app. I can't recommend this file explorer anymore and maybe you could consider using a different one.

You're a wizard mate. Just deleted the app and no longer have the issue thanks! Any personal recommendations on another app which does the same stuff as ES?

Haha. Thanks for the follow up!

I started using Solid Explorer after the ES ... debacle :) It's a paid app, though, with a trial version. Worth the money if you ask me. You can try it for a couple of weeks and decide if you want to keep it. On the free side I've seen good reports for Total Commander or FX.

Great, thanks a lot for all your help! Ciao
