I updated to Alpha 2 today, so far so good. I am happy

Trust me, it will make your TP 100% more useful. While WebOS is okay, the lack of applications really sucks.

I use ADW EX. The "dock" is an inactive widget made with Desktop Visualizer, same as the shortcuts (except that they're active). I made the icons and the dock with GIMP.

I haven't done much with mine yet as far as home screen customizations. I do like the Transformerbread theme, looks like a lot of people have been using it.

I'm surprised most of you still use the bottom bar on bottom.... I can't stand it down there, had to move it to the top - otherwise I keep hitting it every time I try to tap spacebar and it screws up my typing .

How do you move it?

Settings > CyanogenMod settings > tablet tweaks > Uncheck Bottom task bar

Dock: Dropbox - Photos - Simplify your life

Desktop Visualizer (free market app)

Icons: can use any, check my gallery (a mix of icons, wallpapers, and screenshots) for some that I've made: beardedspoooon's deviantART gallery

Launcher: any that let's you resize and overlap widgets, I use ADW EX (paid version of ADW)

Use Desktop Visualizer to make a 4x1 widget. Tap the widget, select the dock for your image, none for the function, hit okay.

Use Desktop Visualizer to make your 2x2 shortcuts. Follow the steps, except that you'll be selecting different functions. Clear the name because you won't want text under your shortcuts.

Now the tricky part: resize your widgets to move them around the screen and overlap them. You just have to play with this to understand it.

I think that, in the screenshot, the icons ended up 2x1. LIke I said, you just have to play with it. Restart the launcher to get things to overlap correctly. The first widget you add ends up at the bottom of the stack when overlapping.

Blue, I really like the layout what widgets are you using as well as the bottom bar Ive seen it on other TP but have not been able find out what it is or how its done I like the look better than what I have now its cleaner and easier on the eyes any help you can provide would be great thanks!
