What's the best way to take a screenshot on the Thunderbolt?

I'm not currently rooted, and I know there are a lot of free apps for rooted phones? any for non-rooted?

When I do root, whats the best one?

you can try Shoot me ,,,sometimes it works with non rooted phones, but it will work once rooted

if you want to do screen shots without root try this
